Cleopatra's Needle

Hidden behind the Metropolitan museum of art is Cleopatra's Needle. One of the oldest structures still standing in NYC.

Le métro vs l'autobus

The subway is fantastic. Efficiant and most importantly, makes the
old, disabled and/or fat people less of a hindrance for other peoples
commute. Granted I've missed many a train because of stupid people
(those who can't find their metrocard as well as those which own 20
metrocards, none of which have sufficient funds to get them in board
and out of the way), but only while taking a bus have I found it to be
ridiculous to voyage efficiantly through NYC. Here is where being fat,
stupid or old becomes a nuisance.
